費用與時間

Q：要付費嗎？
目前完全免費，沒有訂閱，也沒有 App 內購買。日後如果推出付費方案，會事先在 App 內公告，而且一定要你自己按下購買才會收費，不會自動轉付費。

Q：每天可以練多久？
每輪對話最多 5 分鐘，每天最多 5 分鐘，每天台灣時間午夜重置。時間用完後，請隔天再來。

帳號與資料

Q：怎麼刪除帳號？
App 內「設定 > 隱私 > 刪除帳號與所有資料」，確認後會刪除伺服器上這個帳號的逐字稿、學習紀錄、句庫和記憶，刪除後無法復原。
無法打開 App 時，可以寫信到 {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} 請我們刪除，詳見 https://pipeupapp.com/delete-account/ 。

Q：AI 記得我的事，可以刪掉嗎？
可以。「設定 > 老師記得的事」可以看到 AI 記得的全部內容：左滑刪除單筆、按「全部忘記」清空（連同聊過的話題與開場紀錄），或把「記住我說過的事」關掉。關掉後 AI 不會再記新的事，對話也不會用到已記的內容。

Q：我的錄音會被保存嗎？
我們的伺服器不保存錄音檔。你的語音會即時送到 Google Gemini 處理，用來產生回應和逐字稿；我們保存的是文字逐字稿，90 天後自動刪除。詳見隱私權政策 https://pipeupapp.com/privacy/ 。

Q：為什麼要滿 18 歲？
本服務使用的 AI 服務（Google Gemini API）條款規定使用者必須年滿 18 歲，所以本服務只提供給成人。

權限與連線

Q：麥克風權限被我拒絕了，怎麼打開？
打開 iPhone「設定」，往下找到 Pipe Up，把「麥克風」打開，再回到 App。沒有麥克風權限就不能練習口說。

Q：AI 聽不到我說話 / 一直斷線？

  1. 確認網路連線正常（Wi-Fi 或行動網路）；
  2. 確認麥克風權限已開啟；
  3. 用藍牙耳機時，先試著改用手機本身的麥克風；
  4. 完全關閉 App 再打開。

還是不行，請寫信給我們並附上發生時間。

Q：AI 說了不對或不恰當的話？
AI 可能出錯。請長按那句話，選「回報這句」，我們會檢查並改善。糾錯和程度估計僅供參考，不是專業意見。

FAQ (English)

Price and time

Is it free?
Yes. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. If paid plans come later, we will announce them in the app first, and you will only be charged if you choose to buy. Nothing converts to paid automatically.

How long can I practise?
Each conversation lasts up to 5 minutes, and you can talk for up to 5 minutes a day. The daily time resets at midnight Taiwan time.

Account and data

How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings > 隱私 (Privacy) > 刪除帳號與所有資料 (Delete account and all data). This deletes this account's transcripts, learning records, phrase bank and Memory from our server and cannot be undone. If you cannot open the app, email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}; see https://pipeupapp.com/delete-account/.

Can I delete what the AI remembers about me?
Yes. Settings > 老師記得的事 (What your partner remembers) shows everything: swipe to delete one item, tap 全部忘記 (Forget everything), or turn off 記住我說過的事 (Remember what I say).

Are my recordings stored?
Our server does not store audio recordings. Your voice is streamed to Google Gemini to generate replies and transcripts; we store text transcripts, deleted automatically after 90 days. See https://pipeupapp.com/privacy/.

Why must I be 18 or older?
The AI service we use (Google Gemini API) requires users to be 18 or older.

Permissions and connection

I denied microphone access. How do I turn it on?
Open iPhone Settings, scroll to Pipe Up, turn on Microphone, then return to the app.

The AI can't hear me or keeps disconnecting.
Check your internet connection and microphone permission, try the phone's built-in microphone instead of Bluetooth, and fully close and reopen the app. If it still fails, email us with the time it happened.

The AI said something wrong or inappropriate.
AI can make mistakes. Long-press that line and choose Report. Corrections and level estimates are for reference only and are not professional advice.
