刪除帳號與資料

你可以隨時刪除開口 Pipe Up 帳號。刪除後無法復原。

方法一：在 App 內刪除（最快）

打開 Pipe Up，點右上角的設定（齒輪）。
往下找到「隱私」，點「刪除帳號與所有資料」。
確認提示後，點「永久刪除」。

方法二：重新安裝後刪除

如果你已經刪掉 App，可以重新安裝，用同一個 Apple ID 以「使用 Apple 登入」登入，就會回到原本的帳號，再照方法一刪除。

方法三：寄信請我們刪除

無法使用前兩種方法時（例如手機遺失），請寄信到 {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}，主旨寫「刪除帳號」。因為登入時我們不取得你的姓名或 email，為了找到並確認是你的帳號，請盡量附上：

大約開始使用和最後使用的日期；
使用的 iPhone 型號；
你在 App 裡設定的顯示名稱或練習夥伴名字。

我們確認後會刪除帳號並回信通知你。若無法確認帳號歸屬，會請你改用方法二。

會刪除什麼

立即刪除：帳號、對話逐字稿、學習紀錄、句庫，以及「老師記得的事」（記憶）。
同時撤銷本服務的 Apple 登入授權，並登出這支裝置。
匿名保留：使用量與回報紀錄會移除帳號識別，只剩無法連到你的統計數字，並依隱私權政策的期限自動刪除。
備份：備份中的副本會在 30 天內隨備份輪替刪除。

只想刪掉 AI 記得的事、不想刪帳號？到「設定 > 老師記得的事」，左滑刪除單筆或按「全部忘記」。

Delete your account and data

You can delete your Pipe Up account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

Open Pipe Up and tap Settings (the gear, top right).
Under 隱私 (Privacy), tap 刪除帳號與所有資料 (Delete account and all data).
Confirm by tapping 永久刪除 (Delete permanently).

Option 2: reinstall, then delete

If you have removed the app, reinstall it and sign in with Apple using the same Apple ID. You will be back in your account and can follow Option 1.

Option 3: ask us by email

If neither works (for example, you lost your phone), email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with the subject "Delete account". We do not receive your name or email when you sign in, so to find and verify your account please include roughly when you started and last used the app, your iPhone model, and the display name or partner name you set. We will reply once the account is deleted, or ask you to use Option 2 if we cannot verify it.

What is deleted

Immediately: your account, transcripts, learning records, phrase bank and Memory.
The Service's Apple sign-in authorisation is revoked and this device is signed out.
De-identified: usage and report records lose any link to you and are deleted automatically on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
Backups: copies are removed as backups rotate within 30 days.
